Carbon Sequestering ADU and Home Kits
We are excited to offer Structural Straw Panel home and ADU kits in partnership with the Seed Collaborative. Accessory dwelling units are a great way to expand your living area. The sky is the limit with how you use your new space. These panelized buildings are not only beautiful and healthy, they also store carbon for the life of the building. Ranging from 300 to 1200 square feet, these buildings can serve as a primary residence or ADU.
Passive House Certified!
Throughout our tenure, Living Craft has sent 7 employees and company founders to Certified Passive House Tradesperson trainings, starting in 2018 with one of the first cohorts of USA-trained Passive House builders. We understand the importance of a healthy home, that uses less energy, and is built with climate friendly materials. Passive House is one path to achieving that outcome by following a rigorous design and verification process from start to finish.
