We can’t think of a better team

We met Living Craft when we were faced with the totally overwhelming task of rebuilding our family home destroyed in the Marshall Fire. After we had decided to rebuild a high-performance Passive House, we knew we needed a team that would create a sanctuary in which we would heal while being mindful of our budgetary restraints and compassionate to our extremely emotional states. That sounds like a whole lot to ask, but that’s exactly what we got with Frank and Cheryl and the rest of the crew at Living Craft. They were there alongside us from the beginning during the design phase with the architects, through the minute we moved into our beautiful new home, ensuring no detail went overlooked and helping guide us through the seemingly endless amount of decisions homeowners need to make when building a house. They’ve got a unique talent for finding subcontractors that are equally as excited as they are about building science and delivering quality product. They even came in right at the budget they set from the beginning. We’ve lived in the house for a year and a half now and it’s performing even better than we could have hoped. We can’t think of a better way (or with a better team) to have recovered from such a tragic event.
