Site Supervisor
Our Site Supervisors are responsible for the successful production of our clients’ projects, ranging from partial remodels to new high-performance home builds. The Site Supervisor works closely with the Project Manager to manage the jobsite by supervising the Project Team (including both in-house staff and subcontractors), and ensuring work is performed efficiently and effectively.
Our Site Supervisor should have relevant experience in the field of residential construction, including knowledge (not skill) of plumbing, electric, and HVAC as well as carpentry skills and experience working on a construction site. They are responsible for analyzing and internalizing project design and blueprints. They must have great problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and pride themselves on their honesty and integrity.

This non-exempt position pays $35-50 per hour, commensurate with experience and capacity.
Responsibilities
- Onsite supervision of 1-3 projects.
- Supervise and oversee daily operations at 1-3 sites.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with project managers, clients, trade partners, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the projects
- Quantity takeoffs.
- Ordering materials and coordinating pickups and deliveries.
- Answering questions from trade partners and coordinating with the PM
- Prompt and clear communication with PM when issues arise onsite, or if questions need to be directed to the design team for review.
- Miscellaneous carpentry, air sealing and flashing, insulating, organizing, cleaning, and other necessary onsite tasks.
- Meeting with trade partners to plan the execution of the work.
- Scheduling inspections and meeting with inspectors.
- Develop an agenda and coordinate bi-weekly meetings with the project team.
- Read blueprints, drawings, sketches and consult Project Manager on questions and/or execution strategy.
- Develop biweekly schedule in coordination with PM.
- Supervise, Organize, and Quality Control the Project Team for efficiency and quality.
- Maintain safe, clean, and tidy job sites. Trailer/tool organization. Site security at the end of the day.
- Create daily job logs with thorough documentation of Field Team work performed.
Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes
- 3+ Years residential construction experience.
- Leadership experience, ideally leading a Field Team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely, efficient manner.
- Technologically literate. Familiarity with Google Suite, Buildertrend, Gantt Charts, and Basecamp is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to travel across the Front Range.
- Integrity and reliability.
- The ability to manage your emotions during stressful situations.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- A positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- A passion for learning and growing.
- A demonstrated interest and/or training in high performance construction, building science, environmental stewardship, and/or healthy materials a plus.
